The customer is always right: waiters versus visitors

Vasily Bykov walked through the Moscow cafe and asked the waiters what they did not like about the visitors.

I hate those guests whom you serve at 100%, and they bastards do not leave a tip. Goons! Some girls, when a man leaves for tea, and then goes to the toilet, take the money for themselves. And then there are men who look at you with a lascivious, piercing gaze and think about dragging them somewhere.
“Hey you” - let them say to your girlfriends, scum. He sat, drank the whole evening, built his eyes, left a phone number on the account. Is that my tip? Yes in FIG you gave up, miser?

I hate it when ordering three side dishes and bread for two. You ask: "Will you drink something?" - and they say with one voice: "No, no." And they pretend that they just drank five liters of water. I do not like it when they are calculated at zero and they say: "Thank you very much, do we owe you anything?" - and you just smile: "Goodbye, come to us again."

Once a guest came, ordered the cheapest dish, ate it for two hours, then asked for an account, left money and said goodbye to me by name. I think: “Wow, what a nice and polite guest. Probably also generous.” When I began to count the money, I realized that this goat did not report the twenty.

My dream is for the guests to say, “Artem, you are a great guy, why do you work here? Do you want to work at my company for 70 thousand rubles to begin with? And I would joyfully shout: "Yes! Of course, I agree!" He would have thrown off his apron, went over to each guest who said: “Hey, bring me some coffee” and shouted: “Fak-fak-fak, bitch children.”

The worst thing is when you are touched. They are barking. In our bar it is strictly forbidden. But many get drunk and forget about the rules of decency. Once there was an unpleasant incident - I left the toilet and a man drunk in the insole grabbed me by the ass. I started screaming, the guards came running and brought him out. It's disgusting. Not only men behave disgustingly. Drunk women are no better. Climb on stilettos to the rack and dance. Sometimes they fall to us at the bar.

Also, we can’t kiss and if we see that someone is starting to suck hard, then we water. This is a bar, if you want to do something, then rent a hotel room.

Many do not know the measure. One guest went through a lot and vomited on the bar counter. We cleaned.

I worked at the B2 club. Of course, there was everything. Starting from same-sex sex in dirty toilets, to whipping inventory. Annoying disrespect for the people who serve. Some openly say that you are a Chaldean and a jerk that you must fulfill all your whims. Guests ran away several times without paying a bill. They steal wine and beer from neighboring tables. Several times I saw how a big company diverges, leaves a tip and one of the guests quietly takes all the money for himself. I can’t say: “Leave it, this is mine.” Smiling and silent.

Spitting in the toilet, pissing it off or not rinsing it off behind yourself are completely familiar things. Everyday phenomenon. But one day I was shocked when a cleaning lady came running and said that someone shit past the toilet in the corner and smeared stools on the walls.

The overall culture and attitude towards wine has grown significantly. But I remember completely wild cases. The joke about the "idiot" cocktail (the most expensive cognac plus cola) is not such an invention. I then worked at Rublevka, and the president of one eastern country came to us. They ordered a bottle of Petrus for 125 thousand rubles, and I was asked to make mulled wine. Honestly, my hand did not rise. I made from another wine. I lied that it was Petrus.

Of course, most of the problems are from drunken guests. Once, two respectable gentlemen drank a liter of tequila, eating oysters. And suddenly they began to kiss, not like lovers, but like front-line soldiers - hanging on top of each other, ties lying on plates, horror.

Life around is sure that visitors to restaurants and cafes have something to answer. We suggest in the comments to tell us about reverse examples - when the waiters mistreated visitors.
