The apartment on Voykovskaya was liked by the Nastya family with high ceilings and spaciousness. Redevelopment and repair took place with the active participation of the owner herself. She accidentally stumbled upon the website of the Remarch design bureau. And already at the first meeting I found a common language with the founders of the company - young friends, one of whom is engaged in management, and the second is an architect. The project was carried out by the chief designer of the bureau, Lena Evteeva.
Nastya wanted to create an "island of calm in the crazy rhythm of Moscow", the most relaxing interior. When developing the design, they were based on the hostess's favorite color - olive. They picked up to him white and gold. The overall style of the apartment turned out to be classic with references to Provence. Nastya saw the olive-white striped wallpaper in photos on the Web and immediately wanted her home to be the same. They were found at the Swedish brand Borastapeter in the store Artique-home.com. They did not save on finishing materials, since repairs were done for many years.

The design bureau prepared 3D-visualization of the apartment with furniture, and Nastya was already looking for all the interior items herself. She bought most of the furniture at IKEA: there was a white retro series matching the style. The hostess ordered an unusual shelf in the room in the In-the-House workshop.
Nastya brought accessories from different countries. She saw a white carpet in an ordinary supermarket in Dubai and realized that she would not part with it. I had to carry it with me the whole trip. A golden deer in the corridor was also found in Dubai, but Nastya acquired a deer that hangs in the kitchen in Vienna when she lived there.
Overhaul was going to be done only in the bathroom area, but the construction of the house turned out to be so dilapidated that replacement was required throughout the apartment. The biggest difficulty was the replacement and transfer of water communications when combining a toilet and a bathroom. But nothing had to be redone in the bedroom: the niche in which the bed now stands was already in the apartment when Nastya moved into it. As soon as she saw this zone, she immediately decided to place the bed there.
