In recent years, the genre of festive naive romantic cinema has flourished in violent colors. So naive that the Hollywood romcoms compared to him are Chekhov and Dostoevsky combined. The main components are always a heart-rending plot and actress Elizaveta Boyarskaya (at worst, Svetlana Khodchenkova). The tradition is very successful, the audience is falling in ramp. The audience is a little more scrupulous, though they grimace squeamishly, but even among them there are those who will take and see, as a guilty pleasure or an act of masochism. Moreover, they completely unfairly accuse the creators of such a product of some special stupidity. No, the simplicity of the plot is well understood: here the more primitive, the better for the camp. And the film "Happy New Year, mothers!" this will give odds to many. This is a well-calculated Russian holiday blockbuster - with innocuous obscene jokes for the whole family, a whole system of angeloid, smart children beyond years, trained in advertising yoghurts, and an army of adult stars tested on past similar projects, sobbing in violin in chorus. Especially good this set should go under the alcoholic couples of the New Year’s otdachnik. However, before deciding to buy a ticket, just in case, look at the trailer, and then again. If the vomiting is repeated, it is likely that this is not a hangover. This is Moms.

The name doesn’t deceive: before us is a free alteration of the Soviet cinema hit of the early 70s. They did not begin to retake word for word, they came up with a lot of new things. It turned out very vigorously, childishly funny and generally much more decent than one would have expected from seeing the trailer. (Laughing, however, no one was rolling around in the full hall. Except for one guy who laughed without stopping.) The only truly unpleasant thing in Gentlemen is Sergey Bezrukov, who plays the main role, looks like a whiskered version of Evelina Khromchenko and often the passing line between the game and frank antics. As soon as Sergei appears, he immediately becomes too much.
Jackpot (Arme Riddere)
Producer: Magnus Martens
Cast: Curre Hellum, Mads Ousdal, Henrik Mestad, Arthur Burning
A respectable Oscar tells the police how it turned out that he was the only survivor at Christmas in a strip club full of corpses. It all starts with the fact that he and three acquaintances, criminals decided to make money on a football sweepstakes and won under two million dollars. It soon became clear that dividing the sum for three is much more profitable than for four. And even better - for two.

The plot was invented by the popular Norwegian author of detectives, Yu Nesby, whose books are on sale with might and main. The film turned out to be bloody, but not scary and generally not very serious. This story is easy to imagine at the heart of the chanson song. In the spirit of "since I went to work with three morons, and as soon as I ran away for a drink, one of them was already dead, and then we decided to saw off his head, and then ...". Despite the fact that the Jackpot is not a masterpiece, in comparison with other, more traditional holiday rental products, it looks in a favorable light.
