Ceilings: 2.7 m A spacious but still uninhabited four-room apartment was rebuilt from a former communal apartment on Rubinstein Street. Now its owners live in The Hague, but soon plan to return to St. Petersburg.

Four years ago, Lily and her mother decided to exchange an apartment in Blagoveshchensky Lane and buy two smaller ones. New housing was once part of a communal apartment, but at the time of purchase it was already divided in half. True, the layout because of this became very inconvenient: most of the space was eaten by the walls of three small rooms, the kitchen was also tiny, and the bathroom and toilet were separate.

The family bought an apartment in a new monolithic building on Zhulebinsky Boulevard about ten years ago. Although it is located far from the center, the owners are happy with the area: there is thoughtful and understandable development, convenient infrastructure and fresh air, and not far from the house there is a large park.
